Job Description
- Assist the PRO in preparing, submitting, and following up on government applications, including visas, work permits, labor contracts, and Emirates ID.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR and immigration documents are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration, labor offices) for document approvals.
- Assist in renewals of visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs in a timely manner.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, including document verification and clearance processes.
- Prepare reports and maintain records for compliance audits.
- Handle employee queries regarding visas, labor laws, and government documentation.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or PRO Manager.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PRO or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and visa processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive documents.

Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or HR
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws
- Proven experience of working successfully in an in-house recruitment role with a professional services
- Able to manage work pressure and meet deadlines
