Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to successful onboarding.
Conduct weekly resourcing meetings with business leaders to ensure optimal allocation of resources, influencing and challenging decisions where necessary.
Draft and publish job advertisements across the company website, job boards, social media, and relevant publications.
Monitor and control recruitment spend within assigned areas of responsibility.
Screen applications against agreed criteria, preparing high-quality shortlists for hiring managers.
Support the selection process, including competency-based interviews, assessments, and other evaluation methods.
Manage the offer process, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of job offers to selected candidates.
Oversee the collection and verification of required documents, ensuring compliance with company and UAE labor regulations.
Liaise with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) to process employment visas and other legal requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process, coordinating all steps up to the employee’s confirmed start date.
Achieve weekly targets and KPIs related to recruitment delivery, quality, and candidate experience.
Partner with stakeholders to anticipate and respond to recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Perform data analysis and report on recruitment activities, KPIs, and market trends to support decision-making.
Contribute to HR generalist projects, including policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR department and office operations as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

Competencies
Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and employment regulations.
Proven success in an in-house recruitment role, managing the full recruitment cycle (from requisition to onboarding).
Experience working with senior stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
