We are seeking a talented Retail Fit-Out Architect to lead the design and execution of Sacoor Brothers’ retail store fit-outs. The ideal candidate will translate brand identity into high-quality, functional, and visually stunning retail environments. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead the design, planning, and execution of retail fit-out projects for Sacoor Brothers stores.
Prepare architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed plans for all retail projects.
Ensure that store designs align with Sacoor Brothers’ brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand brand identity and functional requirements, translating them into architectural solutions.
Prepare technical specifications, material schedules, and finishes documentation for contractors and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, structural consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Maintain project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to management.
Stay updated on retail trends, design innovations, and construction technologies relevant to high-end retail.

Competencies
Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5–10+ years of experience in retail fit-out or interior architecture, preferably with luxury retail experience.
