Please note that you can Exchange/Return during 30 days items in any of our stores. Special deals items are not available in our Sacoor Brothers branches however you still can be returned in any of our Sacoor Brothers branches or exchanged for different items and the price difference has to be paid. Order/items can be returned either at any of Sacoor Brothers and Outlet stores (Except Sacoor ONE & Sacoor Blue) or at our online website. - The orders that are placed from the store & Click & Collect orders the customer has to visit the nearest store to submit the return request. - Guest Checkout: You can make a return request through the confirmation email sent to you when your order has been processed by clicking on the return link in the email to submit your return request.
