HR Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including document verification and clearance processes.
- Assist in offboarding, ensuring exit documentation and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain records for compliance audits.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and policy implementation.
- Provide support to the HR team with recruitment coordination and administrative tasks.
PRO Responsibilities
- Assist the PRO in preparing, submitting, and following up on government applications, including visas, work permits, labor contracts, and Emirates ID.
- Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration, labor offices) for approvals.
- Ensure timely renewals of visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs.
- Handle employee queries regarding visas, labor laws, and government documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and visa processes.
Office & Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office maintenance requests and coordinate with service providers.
- Handle office supply orders, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating services and contracts where needed.
- Support office-related projects and events in collaboration with HR.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by HR or management.
Competencies
Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Field experience in HR operations and administrative support.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in PRO, HR support, or administrative roles.
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, immigration, and visa procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong sense of structure and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Skilled at handling multiple demands effectively and calmly under pressure.
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbal and written.
- Consistently delivers accurate results within the timelines set.
