Job Description

  • Assist the PRO in preparing, submitting, and following up on government applications, including visas, work permits, labor contracts, and Emirates ID.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR and immigration documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration, labor offices) for document approvals.
  • Assist in renewals of visas, labor cards, and Emirates IDs in a timely manner.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, including document verification and clearance processes.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records for compliance audits.
  • Handle employee queries regarding visas, labor laws, and government documentation.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or PRO Manager.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in PRO or administrative support roles.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and visa processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive documents.
